Nursing - Associate Degree (RN)

Available on the Vincennes and Jasper campus

Upon graduation from the Associate of Science Nursing Program students are eligible to write to the State Board of Nursing to earn licensure as a registered nurse (R.N.)

The program begins annually in August.

The aim of the program is to prepare graduates to function with competency to plan, provide, direct, and evaluate nursing care to individuals in a variety of settings.

Admission to the program is highly competitive.  Each applicant must meet specific criteria prior to being admitted to the program.  Compliance with all criteria does not guarantee acceptance to the program.  Applicants with higher grade point averages that have completed math, science, and English courses with a grade of B or better will receive preference for admission.
